Cloud hosting fees

Are there any additional hosting fees for cloud in addition to the cloud pricing online? For example, if JIRA Cloud is $100 a month listed on the website, is there any additional fees tacked on if our site grows in terms of storage/usage?

No, it's $100 a month.

If you try to add too many users, and need the next tier up, it will stop you until you've paid for the next tier.
