Closing Epics from the backlog doesnt close on roadmap

Hello!

I found that when we mark an epic as done from the backlog panel, it does not mark the same ticket on the roadmap as done.

If you resolve your epic on the roadmap it will close the ticket so it does not show on the backlog anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a bug?

Hi @Krista Dyer

At this time, I believe there are still two status values for Epics: Status and Epic Status (this is the one you select with Mark as Done from the backlog).  Try setting both to Done.

There are several changes to Epic fields being rolled out, and I believe one of them is to eliminate Epic Status and only use Status.

Kind regards,
Bill
