Closed tickets are coming in "Done" Column

when I closed the ticket before the sprint started, the ticket disappear from "done" column of the sprint , which I think is right. But then it should not appear when the sprint starts.

This second part is what I think is wrong, since it gives the impression that we have worked on that activity during the sprint, which is wrong . We have NOT worked on that topic during the sprint, since it was closed BEFORE the sprint started.

NOTE:

sprint field is attached in the issue

Sprint: proj_Sprint X  (Where X =  current sprint number)

It sounds like something I experienced too.

If the ticket is assigned to the sprint it will show up in the sprint. So the process here is if you close a ticket before starting a sprint make sure that that ticket is not assigned to the sprint.

@Satyam KumarThis is working  as   designed and in  a sensible way,  you  should  start  sprint  before closing ticket and  when  you  close all  ticket  in  sprints  then  you  can  complete sprint.

Best!
