Closed sprint showing up in future sprints

Having the same issue here.
One thing that could be the reason : at some point, the project lead managed to change the name of the board (nex-gen/team-managed project) and I feel that there's something wrong going on because of that.
French version
English version
In the french version, you can see that the "future sprints" (in yellow) are in board SAP, which in the old name of the board. But they are actually closed.
Whereas the active sprint is in SAPTECH board, the new name of the board.
Note : the name of the board was changed even before the first sprint of the list.
Anyone with a solution ?
