Close time tracking periods in Jira

Dear all,

is it somehow possible to close time tracking periods? For example: I don't want users in February to be able to record times for January in any way. If there are still times forgotten, they should be recorded in February.

this is not possible OOTB. It may be possible with an addon like Scriptrunner. Have a look at this similar post - How-to-restrict-logging-work-log-for-previous-month
