Cloning is not showing Sub Tasks in Parent

I cloned a ticket that has subtasks. It created a clone of the parent and subtasks, but the subtasks aren't showing in the parent ticket.

Am i missing something?

It looks like when i'm cloning, it's making the clone something besides an issue.

I need to go to More Actions and select change to an issue. Why is that?
