Cloning Issues with Attachments and Acceptance Criteria

Hello All,

I am trying to clone issues and have the attachments and acceptance criteria carry over into the newly created issue.

Initially when I was testing, I didn't have a problem with attachments, but now when I clone my issues, I don't have any option to carry over attachments.

Acceptance Criteria I am not sure how to clone that over period despite some reading.

Hello @Alissa Chellis,

If you use the Issue Checklist app for Acceptance Criteria, then items should be cloned automatically as explained in our docs.

Thank you Jack.  I believe I am using the issue checklist app.  Am I mistaken?

It is Checklist for Jira. I will ask them to contact. you.

Hi @Alissa Chellis ,

As for cloning the Acceptance Criteria, we have an import function that allows you to import checklist items from another issue. In this case you could import from the cloned issue.

We do have in our backlog, to do that automatically but for the moment, you'll have to do it via the Import Feature.
