I think there is no such functionality out of the box in Jira.
You could try looking for some Marketplace apps that provide this functionality or try to achieve it with automation.
With automation, you could create a custom field and by checking it or picking a certain value, have the system clone the issue. With bulk management, you can then perform this step for the created field, and it should clone all the issues that you want.
