How can I clone or duplicate an issue type with its attachments and comments?

Hi,

I'm going to assume you mean clone or duplicate an issue and not an issue type since attachments and comments would be with an issue.

Elements is just about to release a Jira Cloud version of the app Elements Copy & Sync which lets you copy issues, including fields, attachments, and comments. To be notified of the app release, you can sign up here.
