how can I clone an automatically created ticket into another board via automation? I have an automation to clone tickets with a specific title into another board. For manually created tickets, the automation works. Unfortunately, it only does not work for tickets created automatically from another tool. Bug or Feature?

When you note "it only does not work for tickets created automatically from another tool", what is the other tool which is creating the issues?
For example, is it an addon or application your team/company has created?
If instead it is another automation rule, there is an option in the rule details for "Allow rule trigger" which enables the actions of one rule to trigger another rule. Please check that option if this matches your use case.
If you meant something completely different, please post images of your automation rule and the details of the audit log. Those will provide context for the community to try to help. Thanks!

Did enabling that option solve the problem? I just wanted to confirm as I had not heard of company-created applications not triggering for Issue Created.

For the automation that creates the clone, make sure that you click the check box under Rule details that allows other Automations to trigger your rule
