Clone Error

I have lots of issues being clone successfully. I'm new to Jira. I just added another and it is failing. I set up all the setting the same as in those that are cloning successfully. I am receiving the following error:

The issue is in the action that clone the issue, can you share what you have configured ? It seems that the project selected is wrong.

Thanks. I had more time to look at it today, and the rule group did not have "Incident" as one of their "Issue Types". Resolved now. Thanks again.
