'Clone Attachments' option ticked by default

When cloning an issue, is there a way to have the 'Clone Attachments' option box, selected (always ticked as yes) by default?

The only way at the moment would be to put some Javascript into the annoucement banner to manipulate the DOM.

Annoucement banner is available on the OnDemand version. So, the solution should work.

It wouldn't allow javascript in onDemand though ;)
