Client users are unable to Access Ontrack jira workspace

Hello Team,

As we are trying to add client users on Ontrack jira workspace. but when client try to accept the invitation and try to login in to the workspace they are facing issue while login into the page. 

I attached screenshot for reference. 

Kindly assist on this issue ASAP as we have urgency for client delivery and its impacting on our client project.

As you were previously advised in this thread last year, and again in this thread.... this community is mainly made up of Atlassian customers and, as such, we do not have any insight to other customers' instances.

Nobody on this forum has any access to or control of this 'Ontrack Jira workspace'.

You should direct your question to your organisation's IT Department or to Atlassian Support.
