Client side dashboard for bug tracking and updates

From my understanding the jira hosted server is going away in 2024, so will the client facing bug tracking/updates dashboards be going away to?

I'm interested in setting something up similar to what Atlassian and Zabbix use

Is there another way to create these kind of projects without the hosted server?
