I've made the configurations so that the client can add attachments to Jira, but after the configurations, the client can't add attachments either by pressing + in the comment box or by dragging and dropping.

Look at the permissions, does the client have browse, edit and add attachment permissons?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
