Hi,
Today all of a sudden Jira stopped working properly.
We use Jira classic (company-managed project) with a scrum board.
When we are in the backlog or in the active sprint, if we click on a Task it opens the first time, but then if we click another one nothing happens.
Errors are logged in the console.
On the first click on a task:
GET https://sibyl-atlantis.atlassian.net/gateway/api/jsd/escalator/1a004d26-3624-4a18-b562-2c8ac29554c9/api/issue/20135/potential-causes 401 jira-spa.8f2446d8e3ba25c761bf.8.js:26
On every following click on another task:

Experiencing the same exact issue in Chrome and Firefox, when clicking any issue this error is generated and the issue won't open.
@Tim Bloembergen , are you on free like @naskos ? Reason I ask is that if not it would be great for you to report the issue to Atlassian support and report here when you hear back.

BTW, I don't see any reported incident at status.Atlassian.com

We're not on free. I've just logged out and back in again and the issue seems to be resolved as well.

sure seems buggy...
Is this happening on all projects?
is this happening for all users?
is this happening on all browsers?

We only have a single project.
It happens to all the users.
I've checked it with Chrome and Firefox (in both Linux and Windows machines) and got the same issue.

Oh now it is also fixed in my initial project. Did you do something @Jack Brickey?
@Tim Bloembergen is it also fixed for you?

Lol...no I didn't do anything. I am just a user/customer like you. 😀
