Clear Done button disappeared

On the Kanban board I have removed penultimate column and moved all the issues from that column to the last one.
After this action, option Clear Done Issues disappeared from the options for the last column.
I am admin of this board and Clear Done Issues option was available before.

For what type of project is this board built? You can find project type information in the Type column on the "View all projects" page under the Projects menu. I think it is for a Team Managed Software project but I'd like you to confirm that.

Are all the statuses that are mapped to that column color coded green (part of the "Done" Status Category)?

Can you show us the screen for statuses mapped to columns?
