I hadn't logged in to Jira in about a month. When I logged in with my Microsoft account it asked me to create a new account. But I already had one. It wouldn't let me login so I went ahead and created a "new" account with the same Microsoft account. But know it says I need to request permission. Okay sure. I do that and surprise surprise it sends an email to the same Microsoft account. I follow the link to grant access and I get the same error. I need to have permission. I seem to now have two Jira accounts tied to the same Microsoft account, neither of which have access to the project anymore.
