Google and Firefox are expecting to soon release a major version which will be number 100 - three digits. There is the possibility that some sites are currently unable to support a three digit major version number. See the linked article that explains it clearly:

I would like to know if the Atlassian web site will experience an issue for those users that use Google Chrome and/or Firefox on and after the targeting version release dates; March 29 and May 3, respectively.
