Hi,
according to company processes I need to make sure that every time the issue is closed (/Done, etc), team members choose a "Resolution" option.
Is it possible to make it mandatory? so that an issue can not end up hanging in "done" but with no resolution.
I would be greateful for a recommendation.

Just add a "transition screen" to the "close" type transitions. If the resolution is a field on the transition screen (and it can be the only field if you want), the users will have to set one. to resolve the issue.
