This isn't something you can do natively on the platform - neither if this is a list of issues, nor as a pre-defined report.
You could:
Export each layer into excel (Epic, Story, Sub-Task) and then put them together using unique identifiers at each layer (ie. Epic Issue Key = Epic Link, Story Issue ID = Parent ID)
Find a reporting app on the Marketplace which fulfils your specific need
Look into whether it's possible to export then replicate this structure via the Jira API.
