Checklists on every issues gets duplicated and adding or updating items on it throws error.

I use checklist on my tasks to indicate items which need to be deployed or completed in order to get the fix in. But for some time now, the checklist feature is broken. After adding a checklist in my task with the given option:

Whenever I put items in the checklist, after 2 items, it throws the following error:

Now after I refresh the page, I see 2 completely identical checklists, like this: 

After the duplication, I can add 1 item to the checklist before it starts giving me the same error as above, and then I have to refresh my page over again to add more items or update existing items.

It would be very helpful if I can get some resolution on this issue.

Hi @Khawaja Shajar Shadman,

You need to uninstall one version of the plugin. That will solve the problem.

Your data stays safe and will be automatically available in the version you leave installed.
