Checklist progress in a pie chart or some other graph?

Scenario -

• Our Test Cases live in their own Jira project
• We itemize them in a checklist per issue for reviews
• Test Cases in Checklist are active links back to the TC project, but not related.
• If Test Cases pass we check them off

This ties what QA tested to the issue.

Challenge 1 -

In a pie chart or bar chart can we show total Test Cases in checklists for all issues on a board and their unchecked/checked status?

Challenge 2 - 

In any chart or graph can we show how often particular Test Cases are in checklists anywhere on a board?

Challenge 3 - 

In data resulting from a solution for Challenge 2 we hope to be able to identify when a Test cases was first and last used (in a checklist)
