We are facing performance issues with the Jira checklist feature. The checklist is taking too much time to load, and even after completing all checklist items, the status is not getting updated.
Due to this issue:
Kindly check and resolve the issue on priority as it is impacting daily work tracking and task movement.
Could you confirm which of the Checklist apps you are using?
Is it Checklist for Jira by HeroCoders?
