Hello, I saw a post from 2 years ago that comments from Salesforce synched in Jira it was not an out-of-the-box function. But I was wondering if that has changed or if it needs still an additional tool to be installed or something like that.
Thank you in advance!

It depends on what app you are using to sync SFDC to Jira, I know that Connector for Salesforce & Jira can sync comments, see View Salesforce comments in Jira.
Hi @Mikael Sandberg thank you for replying. I am using AppFire, but I will also follow the information you just shared.

Hi @Mikael Sandberg I have everything configured as shown in the link you provided, but still I am not able to see the comments from Salesforce in Jira. Also, the Chatter Feed option in the package in Salesforce is On. What else can I be missing?

@Mikael Sandberg actually, the emails received in Salesforce, posted in the Chatter Feed, can they be shown/synched into Jira's comments issues?

@Luis Escalante I would contact Appfire support and get help from them on this matter. They are usually really fast at getting back to you.
