Hi all :)
I would like to set up an automation that is changing the status of an issue (ticket) to Done
whenever, a newly created ticket has a certain Request Type name.
Could someone please guide me thought this?

There are two options available to achieve this.
1- Automation Rule-
2- Post Function-
Go to your workflow>>edit the workflow>>add the post function on the Issue creation Transition
