I'm currently trying to build a multi lingual Service Desk with JiraSD and found a solution to my problem, here:
Unfortunately this option does not exist for me. I am using Jira Servicedesk 4.7
Can anyone lead me to the right place, where I can adjust/translate the field descriptions of my request types? It is much appreciated!

Hi @Roman Waldmeier,
This feature is introduced with version 4.11. So if this is key for what you need, upgrading to that version or beyond would be the recommended way forward.
I'd suggest you take a look at version 4.13.x (as this is a long term support release) or 4.14 (as this is the rebrand to Jira Service Management).
