Changing properties on buttons on issue screen

Linking to https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/22646773 I have found it is possible to order my bespoke transition buttons. I have looked up other properties and have found the following page.

Are there any other properties I can set? For example the button colour? The button size etc

Not without modifying HTML/CSS. The properties are limited to the set that has been described in the KB article

according to this it appears not. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-41519 Im still interested if there are other things i can customise though
