Changing profile page is not working

My Jira page suddenly turns into another language which is really frustrating because I cannot change language to English in Jira profile settings. It redirects to Atlassian profile which keeps giving "Something went wrong." I tried with 3 different browsers and incognito mode.

Thanks for reaching out to the community, this does sound like a browser issue on the surface but since you already checked incognito mode, and multiple browsers it's indicating something else on the network or device causing an issue.

First I would suggest trying from another device if you have access to do so. 

Next, at the network level if you are connected over a VPN and/or have network filtering rules applied in the firewall (like whitelisting), disable the VPN and run a test as well as check out the following KB that details the IP addresses and settings that need to be open for connection to the Atlassian suite:
