Changing customer portal

When customers accessing service desk, they are redirected to project link.

We have two projects. So when the customers from project number 2 accessing service desk, they get error message "You do not have a permission to log in. If you think this is incorrect, please contact your Jira administrators."

We are not going to change permissions. The problem is the link. When users entering credentials the system redirect to:
https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/2

which is for one of the projects. The link should be global:
https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com/plugins/servlet/desk

If I go to project -> Customer channels -> Customer portal, I see the mentioned link:
https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/2

Is it possible to change?

the link for an issue will be specific to the project not the main Help Center URL. If the customer isn't able to access the project then they don't have access to the project, i.e. they are not listed as a customer in the project.

you cannot change the portal url as they are project specific.

Thanks for your answer. Well, the problem can actually be solved by changeing the redict link when enter the home domain.

If you enter https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com then you are automatically redirected to https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/2

Then customers which are assigned to another project get the error message ""You do not have a permission to log in. If you think this is incorrect, please contact your Jira administrators."

Only if they enter https://servicedesk.amcbanking.com/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/3
They are able to login on.

So are this first redirect changeable?

The error is indicating that the customer does not have access (is not a customer of) to that project.

Excatly. It`s two different project and the customers should not be able to access service desk portal for other projects than the one they are assigned to.
