My company was acquired and I need to migrate my old email address to my new email address. I get the following message when doing this:
Your email change request could not be processed because @commerce.com is already associated with another Atlassian account.
We had an incorrect setting that automatically added users upon login, and I found that new account added and removed it in my Jira Cloud. On the community here, I have 2 accounts as well.
Does anyone have any ideas?
