Changing JIRA Project Key

Hi!

I need to import a project from one JIRA to another.

The problem, is that the key of the project that i will import, already exists...

In JIRA 4.4, there is no way to change that key through the JIRA UI.

And changing the XML File, it's very laborious...

Can you think of another way?

Not out of the box. Try searching the marketplace for a plugin. Why can't you open the XML and make a global change?
