Changing Date of Operations

is there a way to change the date of operations that were started recently, because I have to create charts for a research task and I didn't know that changing the date afterwards is difficult and now my charts look stupid because I just added all the operations now

If you are working with a scrum board you can edit the sprint and change the dates.

yea i can edit the time of the sprint but i cant edit the beginning/ending date of the different tasks in the sprint

Ah...correct you can't change that. You can change worklog data. However, generally speaking, trying to go clean up past date data is simply messy. Let the sprint play out, do your post Mortem and learn from the experience to improve in the next sprint.
