Change user

Hello,

I am using one account (linked to my_email1@gmail.com) on an issue tracker hosted at jira cloud. Now I have created a new user (linked to my_email2@yahoo.com) and I want to change all the issues from that user to the new user. Is there a way to do so? I have checked in bulk edit issues but have not found this option.

Hi @Albert Palomer ,

If you want to change assignee or reporter, then yes this is the way to do it. Bulk change:

• Go to filters
• advanced issue search
• Write the jql so as to have all the issues as results (use the project = )
• Click ellipsis menu
• Bulk change all issues
• Select all issues you wish to change
• Edit Issues > Next
• Change Assignee (or Change reporter)
• Uncheck "Send mail for this update"
• Click Next
