Change the type of active custom field

Hello,

I'm planning to change my custom field "Art Director / Design Manager" type from User Picker (single user) to User Picker (multiple users) but seems like I cannot find the option for this

It is not possible to change the type of a field. You have to create a new field. If you want to have the original field"s days in the new field you'll have to copy it over either manually or with an automated process that you create.

You'll also need to update any filters, dashboard gadgets, scripts, automation rules, and workflow customizations that referred the original field of you want those to reference the new field
