Hey JIRA wizards,
I am facing a problem:
Some sprints of my team have been closed with the wrong status of the issues. But they have been changed after the sprint was closed. This was happening for several completed sprints.
I am now facing not usable reports for velocity and others.
So my questions would be:
Is I understand: If I open the sprints again, the current (correct) state of the issues will be shown. But: Can I close the sprint with the correct date from the past?
As I understand, it will be shown the date when I close the reopened sprint - so today. Then my reports will be messed up way more than before.
Is there a chance to solve this problem?
