Change sprint-order in backlog

How can I change the order of planned sprints in the backlog?

In the manual of Version 6.x I found the "Move up/down"-function in the description of the "..."-button. But in my Jira 7.x server-installation there is only a "delete sprint"-function.

this function is still there in Jira 7:

Do you have the "manage sprints" permission in your project?

The "Move sprint ..." entry is not shown.
