I wrote a question earlier, asking for help to get an admin of our organization after the dismissal of employees who were previously admins with us. Atlassian support created a ticket for us - https://support.atlassian.com/requests/JST-1162845/ but no one helped us. But we didnt receive any help.
Today, our access was blocked due to non-payment of the tariff in Jira. We dont have access to the admin panel or billing on any of our accounts. What should we do? Atlassian support promised to solve the issue 2 weeks ago. But no one has returned to us with a solution.
