Change message 'resolved with resolution xxx'

Hi,

By default an issue is 'Open' as long as the field 'Resolution' is empty.

In our company they want to change this and keep the issues 'Open' until the status is 'Closed'.

I have done this by adding a custom field 'XT - Resolution' and have people fill out this field (which contains the same values as the real resolution field) when they resolve the ticket.

When the ticket is closed, the value of this custom field is copied to the real Resolution field using a post function.

Everything is working fine, the only thing that i notice is that in helpcenter the customer sees a message saying 'The issue was resolved' where in a normal situation this message also contains the resolution.

How is this message is this message generated and can it be changed?

I do see the resolution when the issue is closed in the message 'The issue was closed with resolution xxx' which is ok, but i also want the give the customer the 'custom' resolution at 'Resolve' time.
