Change gadget header colours

The gadget header colours do not match the colours defined in system > look and feel. I have set the gadget headers to be grey but they still appear in default blue in my dashboard (using system dashboard, not user defined)

I've just checked and I have the same issue for cloud version (it's OK on the server JIRA)...
