Change first day to monday on Datetime Picker.

Hi,

I need to change the first day of the Datetime Picker from Sunday to Monday. I do this change in Configuration_System_User Interface_Aspect and Design but it don't change it.

Hi @David 

I believe you're experiencing this bug - JRACLOUD-72593  on Cloud. It only works on the Old Issue view and not the new view.
