Change email subject depending on project name

Hi

It is my first encounter with Jira and i need to create one simple task.

I would like to change subject line depending on the project name. Currently i have

$eventTypeName: ($issue.key) $issue.summary set as a subject. What i would need is to add regular fixed text in case that project name is "TEST" else keep existing
