Change email address when using LDAP authentication.

Our company is using LDAP authentication to login user to JIRA, but some of these user have external email addresses where they would like the notifications send from JIRA. But we cannot update the email address under profiles in JIRA.

Is there a way to update email addresses in JIRA if we are using LDAP authentication?

Hi Sam, for the users that are pulled from the LDAP, it's currently not possible to specify a different email address than the one in the LDAP. You may follow this improvement request for more updates.
