Change basic url

I just wonder if it's possible to change basic url of my JIRA ?

Not on Cloud. You have to buy a new Cloud url, export the old system, import it on the new system and then you can shut down the old one.

There is a request open for Atlassian to allow direct changes without the copy & paste approach, but I don't know how far along it is.
