Change atlassian cname

I made a mistake creating my jira software account, my acces url is 

https://aladteres.atlassian.net/

and it must be:

aladetres.atlassian.net

Can i make this change? where?

So this needs to be done by Atlassian Support for Cloud deployments. Unfortunately I see you are on the free plan which doesn’t include support. You could consider simply creating a new free instance.
