Our previous account owners left the company without transferring account details from our Jira-account. Now nobody has administrator rights or global permissions and we don't have acces to their accounts.
Does someone know how we can change ownership of the account?

Hi @Eduard I dont have the answer to that question, but I suggest you always use an account that is used only by yourself for situations like this. If someone left the org. you still have control.
