Is it possible to change a user's 'Product access' to CREATOR in the free version of Discovery?

As per the Jira Product Discovery plan/pricing comparison page:
https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/product-discovery/pricing
The free version allows up to 3 Creators.
You would assign a user that role through https://admin.atlassian.com.
