Hi everyone,

Im currently working on a Kanban Board with 2 Security Levels. Group 1 can see different issue types as Group 2.

Creating an issue is not the problem, it is working with postfunction and with the automation add on.

The Problem is changing the issue type or transfer to one of the other group: the security level wont change!

Do you have any sulotions? Im lost.

Greetings,

Aal

Hi @Aal Kallaene ,

Do you execute this change with some user? If so then you need to know that to be able to change the security level you need to be part of a group that would allow him see that level

Hi @Mirek ,

thanks, I give myself permission on everything and I am in both groups.

One of my solutions with jira automation was like this : https://blog.isostech.com/atlassian/automating-issue-security-with-automation-for-jira
and it is working to create an issue, but not for change an issue type (with different security level)
