Hi @Jéss ,

On a Free Jira Cloud site you cannot change the site URL (the xxx.atlassian.net address).

Changing the URL is only available if your site has at least one Standard / Premium / Enterprise product:

So you basically have two options:

1. Upgrade, then rename the URL in admin.atlassian.com → Products → Site settings → Site URL.

2. If the site is new / empty, create a new site with the correct URL instead.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The tags on your post indicate you are using a free subscription. Is that correct?

If so then you won't be able to change the URL for your site. As per the following documentation that is not available for free subscriptions.

You would need to consider upgrading to a Premium subscription. I'm not sure if upgrading to a trial of the Premium subscription would be sufficient.

If you don't have much data in your instance you could create a new subscription with the site name you prefer, and recreate your configuration and data there.

If you have more in your current site than you want to manually recreate then you could explore options for transferring the data to the new site.
