Change Full Name Of Jira Project User

Hi,

We have a user that needs a full name edit. Ive tried the recommended inspect element and save but it didn't work. 

Can anyone suggest another work round please?

Hi @James Lewis, I was curious, so I hunted around my Jira Cloud instance and noticed the "Full Name" field was always grayed out.  But, I'm able to change my display name if I login to my id.atlassian.com account.  Try having the user do that.  And I think that old "inspect element" security hole is plugged.  ;)
